Role Description

Uncompromised is looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Udaipur, with the possibility of remote work for exceptional candidates.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in building and optimising both front-end and back-end solutions that drive innovation in sustainable agriculture and regenerative food systems. You’ll work across the stack to develop scalable, high-performance applications that will be used by a wide variety of users (from farm users to agronomists and scientists), collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to bring impactful solutions to life.

We’re seeking a versatile, independent problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments. Whether or not you strictly follow Agile methodologies, you should embrace an iterative build-deploy-improve approach to product development. While we are looking for engineers with opinions and philosophies, we are looking for ones who are not opinionated to a fault, and would be willing to adapt and thrive in various tech stacks. You should be a good software engineer, not a one-stack coder. You may need to apply your skills to VueJS and Flutter/Dart on the frontend, and NodeJS in the backend, and our AI/ML stack will be built using Python.
